Les Mills from New Zealand is the world leader in group calisthenics. For more than 50 years, Rice Mills has been offering innovative fitness classes, both with and without equipment. New courses are released every three months to keep up the challenge and never get bored.

The story of Les Mills began in 1968, when the four-time Olympian for New Zealand opened his first gym in Auckland, New Zealand. Philip Mills, the son of Les Mills, became obsessed with strength training and began taking his first aerobic strength group exercise class in 1980. Those early group exercise classes have evolved into dynamic classes with music.

For more than 50 years, Les Mills has been offering people innovative ways to exercise. Les Mills includes Bodyypump ®(weightlifting), BODYCOMBAT®(Martial Arts), RPM®(Indoor Cycling), Les Mills GRIT®(30-minute high-intensity interval training) and a revolutionary immersive cycling experience, THE TRIP™. In these exercise categories, LES MILLS offers different intensities of exercise to suit clients of different levels, experience and abilities. For example, LES MILLS ‘team sports program can be at beginner, expert and elite levels.


In the wake of COVID-19, Lesmere launched an online exercise APP—-. LES MILLS On Demand won first place in USA Today’s annual 2020 “Online” Home Workout Award.
LES MILLS On Demand offers members more than 1,000 online fitness programs, including some of the world’s most popular classes such as BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and BODYFLOW, which are taught in more than 20,000 leading gyms around the world. The platform has a variety of strength, aerobics, HIIT, dance, flexibility and other classes hosted by trained experts who inspire, motivate and change lives through fitness. Between 15 and 55 minutes each, these exercise sessions are scientifically designed and proven to work.
